Shipping policy

All of our pieces are handmade to order, depending on the item you purchase, it will take us between 2-7 business days to complete.

UK ORDERS:

We offer both Royal Mail and DHL Express services, you are able to choose your desired method at checkout.

OVERSEAS ORDERS:

In rare situations, packages may be delayed to unforeseen circumstances such as customs checks/delays, service disruption, weather etc. These issues will be out of our control, but we will help to do whatever we can to help and update you on the situation.

If you live in a country we do not currently ship to, please contact us and we will be happy to investigate and provide a shipping quote.

As the buyer, you are responsible for any import duties, taxes and/or charges that may occur when the package reaches your destination country, these are not included in the price paid with Aladdins Cave Jewellery. Unfortunately, we’re unable to predict if you may be charged or the amount of these charges. For more accurate information, we suggest getting in touch with your local customs office to help avoid any surprises upon delivery. If customs fees are due and not paid to your customs authority, your package will be returned to us and you will need to repay for shipping.

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout, please be sure to check your address before completing your purchase. 

If you have made an error, please contact us within 12hrs of order placement so that we can amend our details. We cannot be held accountable if an incorrect address is provided and you have not notified us in time.

If your item is lost in transit and cannot be obtained, a replacement will be issued only.
