Shipping policy

All of our pieces are handmade to order, depending on the item you purchase, it will take us between 2-7 business days to complete.

UK ORDERS:

We offer both Royal Mail Special Delivery and DHL Express, you are able to choose your desired method at checkout.

OVERSEAS ORDERS:

Due to complications with regular postal mail, we now only use DHL,.

In rare situations, packages may be delayed to unforeseen circumstances such as customs checks/delays, service disruption, weather etc. These issues will be out of our control, but we will help to do whatever we can to help and update you on the situation.

If you live in a country we do not currently ship to, please contact us and we will be happy to provide a shipping quote.

You will be responsible for any import duties, taxes and/or charges that may occur when the package reaches your destination country, these are not included in the price paid with Aladdins Cave Jewellery. Unfortunately, we’re unable to predict the amount of these charges. For more accurate information, we suggest getting in touch with your local customs office to help avoid any surprises upon delivery.

Order are shipped to the address provided at checkout, please be sure to check your address before completing your purchase. 

If you have made an error, please contact us within 12hrs of order placement so that we can amend our details. We cannot be held accountable an incorrect address is provided and you have not notified us in time.

If your item is lost in transit and cannot be obtained, a replacement will be issued only.
